Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee our pharmacy operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the pharmacy team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional patient care. A strong background in pharmacy management and experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the preparation and dispensing of medications according to prescriptions.
  • Ensure all pharmacy staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff on new products and protocols.
  • Manage personnel issues, including performance evaluations and conflict resolution.
  • Engage in community health outreach efforts to promote medication safety.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • PhD in Pharmacy or relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in pharmacy management or a similar role
