We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our growing HR team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Responsibilities
Support talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns.
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
Act as a liaison between management and employees.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
Maintain accurate HR data and records.
Help create a welcoming work environment for all staff.
Participate in performance review processes.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving any employee disputes or issues.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage
Experience
3+ years of progressive experience in HR roles
