Job Description

As a Legal Advisor at Legal Experts Ltd., you will provide legal counsel to our clients, focusing on risk management and legal compliance. Your ability to navigate complex legal issues will contribute significantly to our firm's success and our clients' peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legal changes and update internal policies accordingly.
• Develop strategies for legal risk management and compliance monitoring.
• Provide training and support to staff on legal issues and compliance matters.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and represent clients during investigations.
• Draft board resolutions and corporate governance documents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives.
• Assist in the management of legal disputes and potential litigation.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on relevant legal topics.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• Specialization in Corporate Law or Litigation is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role
