Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from conception through to completion.
• Conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Ensure documentation is maintained for all engineering processes and designs.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns within the team.
• Investigate and troubleshoot mechanical issues in existing systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
