Job Description

As an Event Planner in Port Elizabeth, you’ll coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, decoration, and logistics. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure our clients' events are unforgettable. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and has a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing events to ensure strong attendance and engagement.
  • Manage event registration processes, including guest lists and RSVPs.
  • Conduct venue visits and site inspections to ensure suitability for events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via social media and other platforms.
  • Set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring everything meets client specifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles
