Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join HealthFirst Clinics in Pretoria. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessment and intervention services for clients with speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for helping others overcome communication barriers and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive oral evaluations and diagnostics.
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical dental procedures.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Engage patients in discussions about their oral health and feedback.
  • Research and apply the latest best practices in dentistry.
  • Manage appointments and treatment schedules accurately.
  • Implement patient safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Encourage community dental health awareness initiatives.
  • Involve in peer reviews to enhance clinical practice.
  • Explore continuing education opportunities to remain current in the field.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
  • Master's in Dentistry is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in dentistry
