Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing assessments, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with our healthcare team. You will play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare to our community and supporting the ongoing health education of patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and direction to nursing staff.
  • Assist in the training and mentorship of new nurses.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives in line with best practices.
  • Participate in patient case reviews and treatment updates.
  • Serve as a resource for complex patient inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards of care.
  • Actively engage with the community to promote health and wellness.
  • Document patient care activities and update treatment plans as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in a healthcare setting with focus on outpatient care
