Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Diversity Programs Officer to lead initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion within our workforce. The successful applicant will collaborate with teams across the organization to enhance our diversity strategies and ensure that everyone feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead diversity-focused committees within the workplace.
• Facilitate discussions and forums on diversity and inclusion.
• Measure and report on the success of diversity programs across departments.
• Provide support to managers in creating inclusive teams.
• Partner with training teams to incorporate diversity into existing training programs.
• Monitor compliance with diversity policies and guidelines.
• Advocate for a culture of respect and inclusivity at all levels.
• Engage in external networking to share experiences and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing diversity initiatives
