Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operators and Tenders to oversee our industrial combustion systems. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance and maintenance of equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain burners and thermal oxidizers, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor combustion data to identify trends and optimize efficiency.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with engineering teams to develop and implement customized solutions for clients.
• Ensure that work areas are clean and organized.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma required, Technical diploma in relevant fields preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in industrial combustion operation or similar experience.

• Advanced Safety Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
