Job Description

We are searching for a compassionate Family Therapist to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. In this role, you will provide individual and family counseling, assessment, and support services to help families navigate life challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in therapeutic techniques and a passion for mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to assist families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health needs.
  • Guide families through conflict resolution techniques.
  • Document therapy outcomes and progress meticulously.
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to align care approaches.
  • Advocate for client needs within the healthcare system.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work
  • PhD in Psychology or similar is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with families and children
