Join us as an HR Generalist in Port Elizabeth where you will be integral to our HR operations. You will focus on enhancing employee satisfaction through effective onboarding processes, staff development, and conflict resolution strategies. Your expertise will be vital in implementing HR policies that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment drives and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Create and enforce HR policies to improve workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage the administration of employee contracts and record-keeping.
  • Support disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with the company code of conduct.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
