Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing HR functions and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Your expertise will help drive employee engagement and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding cycle for talented individuals.
  • Build and maintain a positive company culture focused on engagement.
  • Ensure all HR practices meet legislative requirements.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to all staff.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and development discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records related to employee performance and engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience within HR roles
