HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our firm, you will undertake a variety of HR tasks, including talent acquisition, performance management, and personnel development. You will be the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
• Support on-boarding processes and new employee orientation.
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Facilitate performance management processes.
• Conduct employee training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee relations issues and grievances.
• Assist in payroll preparation and administration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• HR certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
