Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR department in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training programs for employee skill enhancement.
  • Manage succession planning and talent development strategies.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and communicate effectively.
  • Enhance recruitment efforts through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Prepare and manage the HR budget effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Experience
  • 7+ years in a senior HR role
