Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Employee Training Coordinator who excels in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and job performance. The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning and a strong understanding of educational methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training strategies.
  • Evaluate employee performance to tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Lead workshops on various topics, focusing on skills enhancement.
  • Coordinate with external training providers where necessary.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions across departments.
  • Cultivate a learning culture within the organization.
  • Participate in professional development and training conferences.
  • Document training processes and maintain up-to-date training records.
  • Implement best practices in adult learning and training delivery.
  • Assist in career development initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Training and Development is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a training environment
