We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our store in Cape Town. Your role will involve managing a team, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Degree/Diploma in Retail Management or Business Management is advantageous
