Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fundraising Officer to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will spearhead our fundraising efforts, develop relationships with donors, and implement strategies to secure funding for our impactful programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify prospective funding sources.
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide exceptional donor care and recognition to foster loyalty.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials for fundraising efforts.
• Drive innovative approaches to fundraising through social media and digital marketing.
• Support the execution of grant applications and reporting requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a non-profit fundraising role preferred
