HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations and performance management. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Facilitate employee orientation and training programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues including performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor and address employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
• Assist in developing a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain employee records according to policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover data.
• Advise on compensation and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in HR operations and administration
