We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg team. This role is pivotal in helping our clients find the best candidates in the market. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the local job market, particularly in sectors such as IT, finance, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using creative strategies across platforms.
• Conduct thorough interviews and background checks.
• Act as a liaison between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to better serve clients.
• Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment metrics.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant recruitment certifications are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
