• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the database.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives to promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
• Conduct market research to understand salary benchmarks and industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or Human Resources
• Relevant certifications in recruitment or talent management

Experience

• Experience in a recruitment consultancy will be an advantage
