Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Learning and Development Coordinator to shape the future of our training initiatives in Pretoria. You will be instrumental in developing corporate training strategies, delivering impactful learning experiences, and measuring training effectiveness to ensure our workforce is equipped with the skills necessary for success.

Responsibilities

• Launch e-learning modules and facilitate instructor-led training.
• Analyze industry trends to keep training programs relevant.
• Create engaging content for training materials.
• Support initiatives related to talent management and succession planning.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees seeking growth.
• Collaborate with marketing on employee branding initiatives.
• Organize team-building workshops to strengthen workplace culture.
• Report training results to senior management for strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development or HR role

Technical Skills

• Training Design
• e-Learning Platforms

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
