Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will engage directly with clients, guide them towards achieving their goals with our products, and advocate for their needs internally. Your ability to build rapport and deliver effective solutions will be crucial in driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success metrics and KPIs for assigned accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during client interactions.
  • Assist clients in navigating our services, ensuring they extract maximum value.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders regarding client success initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of customer success tools and CRM systems.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to refine customer success strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field
  • Customer Success or related certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles
