As a Legal Counsel at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for advising management on legal rights and obligations, developing and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Responsibilities

• Review and approve corporate policies and procedures.
• Advise on employment law matters and policies.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Prepare legal opinions and memos.
• Support the development of corporate governance policies.
• Participate in strategic planning discussions, providing legal insights.
• Draft reporting and compliance documents.
• Mentor junior legal staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a legal consultancy role or similar setting.
