Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys to gauge customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation (High School Diploma)
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role preferred.
