Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in providing exceptional service. You will assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience with our services. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with a knack for problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in a calm and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Record customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Work with the technical team to address product-related issues.
  • Provide training for customers on product features and usage.
  • Remain informed about company policies and changes.
  • Assist in building a positive image of the company.
  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support roles
