Job Description

As an Account Manager at Top Choice Solutions, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in Port Elizabeth. Your role will involve managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with various departments to align client expectations with our service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client accounts from initiation to completion.
  • Work closely with the project management team to align on project deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their accounts.
  • Cultivate an understanding of each client’s unique business challenges.
  • Develop strategies to drive client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution when issues arise with client expectations.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role
