Responsibilities
Coordinate event details and manage timelines to ensure timely execution.
Communicate effectively with clients and understand their vision for events.
Conduct site visits to ensure venues meet functional and aesthetic needs.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide quick solutions.
Assist in the training of junior staff involved in event planning.
Document all event details and maintain records of transactions.
Use project management tools to track progress and deadlines.
Prepare post-event reports, summarizing successes and areas for improvement.
Establish and maintain a professional network of vendors and suppliers.
Adapt event plans according to changing client needs and feedback.

Education
Degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, or related field
