This role involves managing various events from conception to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless event delivery. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and strong organizational skills to handle logistics, vendor management, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative event concepts that align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with catering, decoration, and entertainment services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for events.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process.
• Train and mentor junior event staff and interns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations for event support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Communication
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of event planning experience in a corporate environment
