We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join HealthCare Solutions Ltd. in Durban. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting in medical procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to patient advocacy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient responses to treatment.
• Document nursing care and patient progress.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Advocate for patient health and well-being.
• Utilize electronic health records to maintain patient information.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate Diploma in a Nursing specialty is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of nursing experience preferred

Certifications

• Infection Control Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Zulu: Basic

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively with Afrikaans-speaking patients.
