Job Description

We are seeking an HR Data Analyst in Johannesburg to dynamically engage with data that drives our recruitment strategies and talent acquisition efforts. This role calls for expertise in analyzing HR metrics and reporting findings that inform decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data mining techniques to extract and analyze HR data.
  • Interface with IT to maintain and enhance HR data systems.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment through data analysis.
  • Develop predictive models for talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or related discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or related field
