Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is crucial in not only aligning HR policies with business objectives but also in fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Advise management on HR practices and potential improvements.
  • Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Ensure adherence to employment legislation and company policies.
  • Facilitate and promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Assist in the management of employee performance and development plans.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and events.
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis to provide insight to management.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR specialization
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
