Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager who will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. This role is vital in ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall project management process from planning to execution.
• Ensure that all construction work complies with the project specifications.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with team and stakeholders.
• Monitor and uphold quality assurance throughout the construction process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Higher Certificate in Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial projects
