Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Leading Customer Solutions Co., you will be the bridge between our customers and our services. You'll proactively engage with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. Your goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and success.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing success.
  • Provide tailored solutions and recommendations based on customer feedback.
  • Follow up with customers after implementation to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive customer documentation and resources.
  • Manage customer renewals and contract negotiations.
  • Communicate effectively to handle escalated issues promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or relationships management
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Salesforce

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in a SaaS company: Previous experience in a Software as a Service environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in additional languages is advantageous.
