Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer support.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and solutions.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of customer service procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Communications or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service roles
Technical Skills
  • Experience with help desk software
  • Email management systems
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Time management
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Basic
