Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Pretoria. The successful candidate will spearhead project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors, driving the project forward from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and maintain documentation.
• Monitor and control site activities and workflow.
• Enforce quality control measures on site.
• Assist in resolving disputes and managing relationships.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years working in a construction management role

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
