Job Description

As the HR Manager in Polokwane, you will be instrumental in shaping our company culture and developing HR policies. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing training programs, and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts and manage the onboarding process.
• Implement and manage talent development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
• Drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to track success and areas for improvement.
• Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
• Actively participate in organizational change management efforts.
• Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with business needs.
• Ensure effective communication of HR policies to all staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management
