Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Durban. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management to support our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies and practices.
  • Coordinate employee wellness and health programs.
  • Work closely with management to facilitate organizational development.
  • Manage HR documentation and employee records.
  • Drive cultural initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and trends.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for skill development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant HR certifications is an advantage

  • 6+ years of HR experience with a focus on strategic HR management
