• Support coaching and mentoring initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct appraisals.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Postgraduate qualifications in HR management is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant HR experience
