Job Description

We are seeking an HR Compliance Officer to oversee and enforce compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within the organization. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of HR policies and procedures, while ensuring adherence to company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Audit HR practices to ensure conformity with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Work with the legal team to interpret HR laws and regulations.
  • Provide advice on employee relations issues with compliance considerations.
  • Compile reports on compliance metrics and present to senior management.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Professional Certifications in HR Compliance is a plus
