In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to create innovative designs that meet client needs while adhering to local regulations and standards. You will be responsible for developing architectural plans, ensuring compliance with building codes, and leading project execution from conception to completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Architectural Technologist (CAT)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
