Job Description

As a Compliance Data Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the implementation of compliance strategies in Durban. You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, developing compliance policies, and providing guidance to teams on regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Define compliance metrics and analyse data to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate internal and external compliance audits.
• Implement training programs regarding compliance issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication of compliance policies across the company.
• Lead compliance investigations and remediation efforts.
• Develop compliance reporting templates and tools.
• Ensure timely submission of compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance data protection and compliance measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance and data management
