Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce in Nelspruit. You will engage in recruitment, manage training programs, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance organizational culture through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
  • Develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation for employee files.
  • Provide support for exit interviews and terminations as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience.
