Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating employee development needs and creating tailored learning initiatives. Your passion for enhancing team performance and engagement will be crucial in facilitating training workshops, creating learning resources, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee training requests and prioritize accordingly.
• Create a database of training modules and resources.
• Monitor individual employee progress and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Develop partnerships with educational institutions for further learning.
• Promote mentorship and peer learning opportunities.
• Organize and participate in career development events.
• Research new training technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or relevant field
• Certifications in training methodologies are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar L&D role

• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Learning & Development Professional (CLDP)
• Facilitation Skills Training

Languages

• English: Fluent
