Job Description

As a Fire Inspector, you will be instrumental in ensuring that buildings are compliant with fire safety regulations and codes. Your role will involve conducting thorough inspections, identifying hazards, and providing guidance on necessary improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site inspections of various facilities to assess compliance.
  • Review fire safety protocols and systems in place.
  • Guide clients in improving their fire prevention measures.
  • Investigate and document fire hazards encountered during inspections.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote fire safety awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with fire department and other authorities as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in fire safety are an added advantage.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in fire prevention.
