Job Description

As a Customer Service Consultant in Cape Town, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, addressing queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience. Your role will be crucial in building customer relationships and improving overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
  • Assist customers with issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products and services offered.
  • Record customer interactions accurately and monitor satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and report to management.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and policies.
  • Assist in the training of new employees and share best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on service improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer service or support role, ideally in a tech environment.
