Responsibilities

  • Support veterinarians in the diagnosis and treatment of animals.
  • Prepare animals for surgery and assist during procedures.
  • Manage inventory, including medications and medical supplies.
  • Perform laboratory tests such as blood work and urinalysis.
  • Provide compassionate care to animals, comforting them during visits.
  • Engage with pet owners, providing guidance and information about their pets' health.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Veterinary Technology
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital
