Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development Manager to design and implement effective training strategies that will enhance our team's capabilities. The successful candidate should have experience in creating engaging learning materials and conducting workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Outline and promote learning initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Conduct evaluations to measure training impacts.
  • Prepare training reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Incorporate new technologies into learning solutions.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions for continuous learning.
  • Mentor and guide junior training staff.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or HR.
