Responsibilities

  • Establish long-term relationships with clients to drive product adoption.
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Create and deliver tailored reports on product performance.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally across departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of customer success processes.
  • Lead customer success initiatives and projects to optimize customer experiences.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with clients for product improvement.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure alignment on customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Business or Customer Relations is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management
