Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment activities and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Assist with compliance audits and reporting.
  • Manage inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR management certification preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
