Responsibilities

• Design training materials and activities that utilize a variety of instructional methods.
• Monitor and report on employee engagement and performance post-training.
• Assist in career development initiatives and identify leadership potential within the team.
• Act as a mentor to employees seeking to improve their professional skills.
• Develop metrics and evaluation tools to measure training outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology or Psychology is a plus
• Certifications in training methodologies are desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience relating to workforce training
